End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Liaison Backbone (the "Software"), an internal operations tool owned and operated by Liaison Landscapes, Inc. ("Liaison," "we," "us"). The Software is used solely by Liaison and its authorized staff to coordinate Liaison's own business operations. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public.

1. License

Liaison grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software for internal business purposes only. The Software may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or used for any purpose outside Liaison's operations.

2. Connected services and data

The Software connects to third-party business and financial software that Liaison already uses, to read information about Liaison's own jobs, customers, invoices, and labor. Access to the connected accounting service (QuickBooks Online): the Software retrieves invoice and customer balance information to track what has been paid or remains outstanding. Data retrieved through these connections is stored on systems controlled by Liaison and is used only for Liaison's internal operations. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

3. Authorization

Connecting any third-party account to the Software requires authorization by a person with the appropriate administrative rights to that account. Authorization may be revoked at any time through the respective service, after which the Software's access ends.

4. Acceptable use

Authorized users will use the Software only for lawful, internal business purposes and will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Software or the services it connects to.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Liaison does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liaison is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

7. Termination

Liaison may suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time. Provisions concerning data, warranty, and liability survive termination.
